Are your shutters custom made or supplied off the shelf?
All window and door recesses are different and require careful measuring. Our shutters are all made to measure for a perfect fit.
Do you have a showroom?
We bring our showroom and expertise to you, with samples to help you choose.
Are plantation shutters child friendly?
Yes, shutters are perfect for children's bedrooms, nurseries and play rooms. Unlike blinds, there are no cords for a child to play with. Shutters also assist with light control ensuring a good nights sleep for all.
Can shutters offer complete blackout?
Our shutters do give excellent light closure and are fitted with light blocks to minimise light seep. For those who require complete blackout, a blind can be incorporated in the shutter.
How long will my design visit take?
Most in-home design visits last 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your requirements.
When do I pay for my shutters?
We require a 50% deposit on order placement, the balance is payable when your installation date is confirmed.
How long will my shutters take to arrive?
Delivery is generally 8-10 weeks with various options available, these will be discussed fully during your in-home design visit.
Do your shutters come with a guarantee?
All of our shutter ranges come with a manufacturer's 3 year guarantee.
Can I fit the shutters myself?
We offer a supply only service, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What louvre size should I have?
There are 5 sizes to select from. Our design expert will bring samples and help you choose the right one at your home design visit.
What colours are available?
We have an extensive range of painted and stained finishes available. We also offer custom colour match on Farrow & Ball, please note this is a colour match and shades may vary slightly.
